The Foundation for Community Dance (FCD) is the professional organisation for anyone involved in creating opportunities for people to experience and participate in dance.

The National College for Community Dance (NCCD) is FCD’s home for professional development pathways for people delivering dance in community settings and contexts. It delivers courses, seminars, flexible online learning opportunities and advocates for professional development opportunities UK wide for dance leadership in the community.

A Different Kind of Experience
Six “mature” TAN Dancers spent a day at Caswell Bay, creating and performing with Striking Attitudes, Cardiff .  The film produced is to be shown at Chapter Arts Centre as well as independent film festivals over the coming year.  Everyone agreed it was an enjoyable and rewarding experience.  Sloshing around in the wet sand in long black costumes was certainly more interesting than wandering around the shops on a Saturday afternoon.  You can always depend on TAN to offer you a different kind of an experience.
